Complaints
We take complaints seriously and are committed to responding promptly. The Ministry is available to review urgent complaints. Below is information on ways to file a complaint:
- For non-urgent complaints, please contact our Thompson House Administrator directly. Contact information is listed at the top of this page.
- To report a complaint to the Ministry, visit the Ministry of Long Term Care website at: www.ontario.ca/page/long-term-care-home-complaint-process or call:
1-866-434-0144 -> 7 days/week -> 8:30am to 7:00pm
- Write to the Ministry. You can send a written letter to the Ministry by mail to:
