Home Maintenance services provides Clients 55 years of age or older and who are residing in the North York area with assistance with basic household maintenance and repairs, helping to keep our Clients safe in their homes. The following services are provided by either our “Four Seasons Connections’ Youth, Adult Brokerage Workers, or our Home Maintenance Workers. Rates for services are hourly and vary based on the type of worker needed. Please see Program Fees below for pricing information.

In the event a request for service falls outside the scope of the program, Four Seasons Connections will ensure that the request is referred to one of our registered, pre-screened. local referral sources on our Home Repair Referral List. Our list of pre-screened referral sources include local handy-persons/tradespersons, businesses and contractors that are licensed to provide assistance with electrical work, plumbing, pest control, and more. All referral service rates will be determined by the referral source themselves.

Thank you for your interest in registering as a new Brokerage Worker with the Four Seasons Connections Program at Better Living Health and Community Services. Our Brokerage Workers play an integral role in assisting senior Clients in community with their outdoor maintenance needs. All applications are reviewed in consideration of Client requests, suitability, skill set and reference checks.
