Home Maintenance services provides Clients 55 years of age or older and who are residing in the North York and Mid-Town Toronto communities with assistance with basic household maintenance and repairs, helping to keep our Clients safe in their homes.
The following services are provided by either our team of Registered Brokerage Workers or our Home Maintenance Workers. Rates for services are hourly and vary based on the type of worker needed. Please see Program Fees below for pricing information.
- Outdoor Maintenance – Seasonal Brokerage
- Home Maintenance & Repair
- Snow Removal and Lawn Care
- Referrals to local businesses/ handypersons/ tradespersons
