Let’s Take Some of the Mystery out of Power of Attorney and Wills. People are afraid of the cost involved of hiring a lawyer to draft and sign a Power of Attorney and a Will. One still needs to hire a lawyer. One way to lower your costs is to be prepared. This workshop will provide a basic introduction, information, referrals and checklists for people to prepare their documentation before meeting with a lawyer.
